The Inter-Branch Uniform Transfer task allows the uniform warehouse manager to transfer uniform(s) from the warehouse to/from and between the relevant company branches within the Eldir DSO system. The purpose of the transfer is so that uniforms may be assigned to an employee from the relevant branch.
Animation: In this animation we transfer uniform between branches.
- In the Uniform Management Process Group there is a Process called Uniform Management, click on the process, and select the Inter-branch Uniform Transfer task.
- First step is to Select the Branch /Warehouse you wish to transfer uniform from and then select the Branch / Warehouse you wish to transfer uniform To
- Capture additional information in the comments field.
- Under Step 2, in the Transfer Uniform table in the first line item:
- Select the uniform from the uniform catalogue list, click select
- Enter the transfer quantity
- Add comments as required
- Once you have captured all the items for transfer, click Complete, and the uniform(s) will be transferred.
