The password reset process allows users to regain access to their DSO User accounts if they’ve forgotten their passwords or if their accounts might be compromised.
This process enhances security by enabling users to set new passwords, preventing unauthorised access, and helping to comply with security protocols.

If you have forgotten your password:
- Send an Email:
Subject line: Password Reset
Email address: password@eldir.net - Receive a Reply:
You will receive an email with a reset user password. - Sign In and Update Password:
- Use the reset password to sign in.
- You will be prompted to update your password.
- Enter the reset password as the current password.
- Type in and confirm your new password.
Password Requirements:
- Must include numeric character(s).
- Must include lower case character(s).
- Must include upper case character(s).
- Must include special character(s) (e.g., @, #, $).
Must be a minimum of eight characters long.
