EldirVerify App Response Messages

The Eldir Verify App

Your employee number is entered into the Employee Verification area.
The MANAGER button allows the user to query the security officers face/photo to confirm Employee type, Name, Rank, Anniversary month, and other competencies.
Use the CHECK IN button to sign In and Out for every one of your shifts.
The RESET button resets and clears the form of any captured information on the page.
The number visible at the bottom of the screen is your unique device Id
Followed by the Eldir Verify App version number.

Employee Successful Clock Attempt

The Eldir Verify message shows that the employee number entered, and the face used to check in, match. The employee has been successfully checked in.

Once the employee is successfully verified, we can confirm the following information about the employee:

Full Name
Employee Number
Employee Type
Grade and Expiry Date
Score: This is the photo match verification %

Employee Number Required

When you see this message, it means that an employee number is required to clock.

Solution

Please enter a valid employee number and select CHECK IN.

Employee Match Not Found

This message shows that the employee number entered, and the face used to check in, don’t match.

Solution

Check your employee number has been entered correctly.
Renter employee number and CHECK IN again.

Facial Recognition Match Not Found

This message shows that the face used to check in is not recognised as onboarded or the Clock image submitted is unclear.

Solution

Check lighting and distance from the camera.
Check that the camera lens is clean and undamaged.
Attempt a clearer image.
If the same response message is received. Please report to HR to check that onboarding requirements have been met.

Device Not Registered

This message shows that the device used to check in, is not yet registered to an employee or site.

Solution

Please contact your IT manager to register the device.
Remember to include your Employee Number and the name of the Site you are rostered to work at.

Note: If you have tried the above and still receive the error, please advise your manager so they can Check In for you and onboard you to the facial recognition solution.

Device Offline

This message shows that the Device is offline, your check in will be saved and sent when you next connect and check in.

Solution

Please close the EldirVerify App.
Check the devices network connection. Turn it off and on again.
Open the EldirVerify App and try the check in again.

Note: If you follow have tried the above and still get the error, please advise your manager so they can Check In for you and onboard you to the facial recognition solution.
