The Daily Timesheets task allows the Attendance Manager and or Site Manager to complete the hours worked for each employee at a site shift.
Animation: In this animation we complete a (Incomplete) daily timesheet.
- Navigate to the Pending Task list in your navigation menu. Select the Daily Timesheets for completion.
- Under Step 1: review the site details.
- Under Step 2: review the shift requirement details.
- You will note the shift attendance table that reflects the following:
- Shift #: this is either 1 Day shift, 2 for Night shift.
- Scheduled: this is the number of employees scheduled.
- Complement: this is the number of employees required on site.
- Attended: this is the number of employees in attendance at the site.
- Absent: this is the number of employees who are not in attendance at the site.
- You will note the shift attendance table that reflects the following:
- Under Step 3: review and update each Employee Daily Timesheet.
- The Timesheet column is a counter from each employee’s first check in and the employee’s last check out.
- The Hours column is the calculated hours worked based on employee clock ins and outs. The site manager can either accept the calculated hours or manually overwrite the actual hours worked.
- Under Step 4: click Complete to save the captured information and archive the process.
