User Creation

In this section we will take you through the process of capturing Eldir System Users. The User Creation task allows the Configuration Manager to Create a new Eldir System Users.

Animation: In this animation we create a new Eldir System User.

Steps

  1. Navigate to start a process, select the Site Configuration process group, then select the User Configuration
  2. Under Step 1: capture the required user information to create a new user or select an existing user from the user selection to update their details.
    1. First Name*
    2. Last Name*
    3. Email Address*
    4. Mobile Number not required.
  3. Then Step 2: Click Complete to create/edit the user creation task.

Note: This user will need system access, don’t forget to navigate to the “3. User Access task” to assign the relevant user system access.
