Capture Vehicle

Animation: In this animation we Capture a Vehicle to the Eldir DSO system.

Steps

  1. In the Assets Process Group there is a Process called Asset Management, click on this process button, and select the Capture Vehicles task.
  2. Under Step 1 there are two radio buttons, Create and Edit, Select Create.
  3. Next, select the Asset Warehouse Branch the asset will be captured to. Then:
    1. Capture the Asset No
    2. Description
    3. Price
  4. Under Step 2 capture the following asset details:
    1. Registration Number*
    2. Make*
    3. Model*
    4. Model Year*
    5. License Expiry*
    6. Engine Size
    7. Fuel Type
  5. Once the information has been captured, click Complete. The captured information will save.
